With over 30 years of experience building and transforming consumer-driven businesses, Greg Schwarz brings a unique blend of strategic insight, commercial leadership, and multicultural understanding to his work with business owners and entrepreneurs. His career includes senior leadership roles with some of the most recognized names in consumer goods, including Coca-Cola, Dean Foods, Organic Valley, and AlEn USA.

Greg began his journey in the field—working as a retail representative at The Dial Corporation—where he developed a deep appreciation for executional excellence at the point of sale. From there, he progressed through national account leadership roles, forming trusted partnerships with top U.S. retailers. At Coca-Cola North America, he further expanded his skill set, leading national category management for Walmart and later serving as Brand Manager for Minute Maid and Hi-C, where he drove brand innovation and strategic growth.

His impact extended further at Dean Foods, where he led marketing and innovation as the company’s Chief Marketer, helping launch new billion-dollar brands like TruMoo and DairyPure. As CEO of Organic Valley Fresh and later AlEn USA, Greg helped reshape company cultures, led the acquisition of high-growth brands, and built high-performing teams that delivered transformational business results—including tripling revenue and achieving industry-leading profitability.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Greg brings a bicultural lens and deep cross-border expertise. His experience in importing and scaling brands like Ensueño, Cloralen, and Pinalen has made him a trusted advisor to companies navigating both U.S. and Latin American markets.

Greg applies his strategic and operational expertise to help business owners regain clarity, make sound decisions, and find a responsible path forward. He holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Houston.

E.J. Simonsen's 30+ year, faith-led, entrepreneurial journey offers a beacon of hope to business owners facing overwhelming challenges. Having founded and operated over 15 businesses, across technology, real estate, and professional services,  E.J. has experienced both remarkable successes and the sobering reality, including bankruptcy, equipping him with a unique blend of expertise and profound empathy.

E.J. previously served as a founding business partner and general manager at The Lane Law Firm, where he helped build it into one of Texas’s leading small business debt resolution and bankruptcy firms. For more than 13 years, he directed business operations, marketing, and strategic development. His mission throughout was clear: to help small business owners find a path forward when overwhelmed by significant financial challenges, including complex situations such as SBA-related debt.

His approach to management and problem solving combines faith-centered principles with battle-tested, real world strategies.  A University of Houston graduate with a Bachelor's in Marketing and a licensed Texas real estate broker, E.J.'s most valuable education comes from real-world experience. He implements Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace principles in his businesses and pays for his employees to attend these transformative classes, believing strongly in the power of common-sense financial education to change lives.

While not helping business owners, E.J. actively serves his church community, having held leadership roles such as elder, president, and chairman at Fishers of Men Lutheran Church and Epiphany Lutheran Church. Currently, he serves on the Pastoral Care team at New Hope Church, ministering to those in need of prayer, hospital visitation, and trauma recovery. When not serving others, E.J. enjoys traveling with family and friends, all types of fishing, and playing tennis and pickleball.

Quinton combines analytical problem-solving with empathy to help small business owners navigate one of the most challenging chapters of their entrepreneurial journey.

Drawing from his background in technology operations and customer experience systems, Quinton approaches each client’s situation as requiring both structured process and human understanding. He's built his leadership philosophy around continuous learning and adaptation, believing that the best operational frameworks emerge from honestly assessing what works, what doesn't, and what needs to change.

His approach emphasizes team empowerment and process excellence to build frameworks that allow the service team to deliver consistent outcomes while maintaining the flexibility to address each client's specific circumstances.

Outside of work, Quinton and his family enjoy the discipline and community of competitive dog sports. He travels throughout the U.S. with his family and their sporting dogs, participating in activities that reinforce his appreciation for structured preparation, adaptive problem-solving, and the importance of reliable teamwork.

Jesse Schwarz brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial and marketing experience spanning digital innovation, affiliate marketing, venture capital, and strategic consulting. A bilingual business builder with a background in both startup and corporate environments, Jesse has helped drive significant revenue growth for a wide range of companies—from Fortune 500 telecom providers to niche eCommerce and service-based businesses.

Having founded and operated more than a dozen ventures—some successful, others hard-earned lessons—Jesse understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling, pivoting, or rebuilding. That experience has shaped a practical, empathetic approach to working with entrepreneurs and business owners navigating both growth and financial strain.

After graduating from the University of Houston with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Jesse launched V2B Capital, a private equity consulting firm focused on supporting both early-stage and established companies. Through strategic planning, financial modeling, and go-to-market development, he helped clients across sectors such as technology, staffing, real estate, and finance, ultimately contributing to the successful raise of over half a billion dollars in funding.

In 2008, Jesse founded Virtual Real Estate Asset Group, where he built and marketed a portfolio of online businesses, earning national recognition as a top-ranked affiliate and SEO strategist. He later acquired and scaled several digital properties, including a vacation rental by owner business and an incident communications SaaS platform.

As a co-founder of The EDGE Blueprint, Jesse developed the organization’s digital infrastructure, affiliate program, and over 20 training products designed to help sales professionals sharpen their skills and create sustainable systems for success.

Outside of work, Jesse is active in mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting programs at Texas Southern University and the Energy Institute. He enjoys time with family, playing competitive pickleball, and creating tools that help others grow—in business, in mindset, and in life.

Greg’s business journey began with a strong educational foundation. He earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston and later an MBA with a focus on Marketing from the University of Saint Thomas Cameron School of Business. These achievements laid the groundwork for his dynamic career.

Throughout his professional life, Greg has shown an unwavering commitment to excellence. His marketing leadership has helped businesses craft compelling strategies that resonate with their audiences. In sales and business development, he has consistently driven growth, identifying opportunities and forging lasting partnerships. His operational skills ensure each venture runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

What truly sets Greg apart is his passion for helping others. Whether guiding colleagues through challenges or assisting clients in achieving their goals, Greg leverages his God-given talents to make a positive impact. His dedication to service is a cornerstone of his professional philosophy.

Greg’s influence extends beyond business. He is active in ministries within his church and serves on two non-profit boards: Tejas, a Christian Camp & Retreat Center, and Adira Clinic, which supports women and families impacted by unplanned pregnancies. Through these roles, Greg continues to fulfill his mission of making a meaningful difference.
