About Us

At EIDLexit, our Christian values guide us to act with honesty, integrity, and compassion in everything we do. That is why we are committed to providing exceptional service for clients who need to dissolve their businesses and resolve their SBA loans. We understand the challenges and uncertainties that you may face, and we want to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

We Stand For Integrity., Respect., Innovation., Purpose.

Integrity

Acting with ethics and transparency is crucial. Maintaining integrity means speaking the truth, even when it's hard, and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. It encompasses honesty, trustworthiness, and adhering to biblical principles.

Innovation

Encouraging innovation drives progress. Rather than merely imitating others, successful businesses strive to be creative, think outside the box, and push past the status quo. Innovation leads to growth and adaptability.

Respect

Treating others with dignity and valuing their perspectives fosters positive relationships. Respect extends to colleagues, customers, partners, and the community. It promotes collaboration and a healthy work environment.

Purpose

Our unwavering dedication to our clients drives everything we do. By prioritizing their success, we exceed expectations, fuel our growth, and achieve our purpose. This commitment ensures exceptional service and lasting relationships.

co-founder

With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience across diverse industries, E.J. Simonsen brings a beacon of hope to business owners facing overwhelming challenges. Having navigated the treacherous waters of starting and owning over 15 businesses, from technology to turnkey renovations to title companies, E.J. has faced the same daunting obstacles many entrepreneurs encounter. His journey includes both soaring successes and the humbling experience of bankruptcy, equipping him with a unique blend of expertise and profound empathy.

Today, as the General Manager at The Lane Law Firm, Texas's leading small business debt resolution and bankruptcy firm, E.J. dedicates himself to guiding struggling entrepreneurs through their darkest financial hours. His mission is clear: to help business owners find a path forward when crushed by seemingly insurmountable debts, particularly in complex situations involving SBA loans and government obligations.

E.J.'s approach combines sharp business acumen with unwavering faith. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Houston and holds a Texas real estate broker's license, but his most valuable education comes from real-world experience. E.J. implements Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace principles in his businesses and sponsors his employees to attend these transformative classes, believing strongly in the power of financial education to change lives.

Outside the office, E.J. actively serves his church community, having held leadership roles including president of the congregation at Fishers of Men Lutheran Church and chairman of the board at Epiphany Lutheran Church. Currently, he serves in both the Pastoral Care Ministry and the Hospital Ministry at New Hope Church, where he continues to blend his business expertise with his spiritual calling to uplift those in need.

For business owners standing at the crossroads of financial crisis, E.J. Simonsen offers not just legal and financial strategies, but a partnership founded on understanding, experience, and faith-driven determination to find a solution.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." ~Proverbs 3:5-6
